We've recently integrated our tools so you can book flights directly from your Qantas Business Rewards account, in addition to using your preferred travel agent. This way our system can always remember your ABN, and all the important information saved against it to apply the correct savings and offer time saving features for the people in your business who arrange travel.
Book through your travel agent, or directly through your Qantas Business Rewards account. Look out for the Star Icon on fares to indicate where your Member Savings have been applied.
Businesses on Level 1 and 2 of the program need to book flights at least seven days in advance for their Member Savings to apply. Once your business reaches Level 3 however, you can book, fly and get your discount, all on the same day.
Qantas Business Rewards' exclusive flight savings don't apply to sale fares or selected international Economy fares. But don't worry, we'll make it clear when you book where your savings have been applied. Look for the Star Icon if you're booking direct through Qantas Business Rewards, or check with your travel agent.
Regardless of where savings apply, you will still earn Qantas Points for your business on eligible flights.
The only way we can apply your savings is if you book through Qantas Business Rewards or through your travel agent.
For any Qantas Business Rewards Members that are currently booking through Qantas Business Direct, we would recommend you switch to use Qantas Business Rewards for all your travel management needs, we're confident you will find the tools much smarter and faster to use now, and into the future.
