Eligibility for the Reward Scheme is restricted to veterinary clinics only. Veterinary clinics accessing CH2 discounted customer pricing agreements are ineligible to earn Qantas Points under the Reward Scheme. All public and private hospitals, national customer contracts, aged care facilities or online / wholesale resellers are ineligible for the Reward Scheme. To be eligible to earn Qantas Points under the Reward Scheme, the veterinary clinic must use CH2 as their Tier 1 wholesaler for all goods used in the customer facility including medical consumables, equipment, household / office supplies as available from CH2.
Customers must also ensure all accounts with CH2 are set up to be paid via CH2's direct debit program and are paid in full and on time under the terms and conditions of the Customer's individual account with CH2. CH2 reserves the right to remove Members from the Reward Scheme and not allocate points if their account is not in good standing.
Points will be earned to the child account unless agreed otherwise.
